TERMS & CONDITIONS

§1
GENERAL
The online store [hereinafter referred to as the „Store”] engages in retail saling via the Internet pursuant to these Rules [hereinafter referred to as the „Rules”].
The owner of the Store is IDF Bartosz Sierpniowski, Zamość, Piłsudskiego 22/29, tax identification number: 6782066044, tel. +48500893570, email: office@tastytable.pl .
The Rules are an integral part of a sales agreement concluded with the Customer.
The sales agreement is conditional upon the acceptance of the Rules by the Customer.
All prices specified in the Store are gross prices (they include VAT).
The goods available in the Store are free from any physical or legal defects.

§2
ORDERS
Orders are placed by correctly filling in an order form found on the website www.tastytable.pl and in exceptional cases by phone +485000893570 or via e-mail office@tastytable.pl
The parties are bound by the information given on the Store’s website next to the purchased product at the time of placing an order, in particular price, product description, product features, elements included in a set, time and method of delivery.
Orders can be placed by registered Customers who have an account in the store or by Customers who provide all the data necessary to fulfill a transaction.
Each order placed by the Customer is confirmed by an e-mail with information about accepting the order. Unconfirmed orders shall not be fulfilled.
The Store reserves the right to verify an order. In case of lack of contact and verification of the order, the Store reserves the right to stop the order.
The Customer may introduce changes to an order up until the moment an invoice is issued. An order placed may be cancelled by email office@tastytable.pl following contact by phone +48500893570. Only orders not shipped yet can be cancelled. 


§3
PAYMENTS
The Customer may choose one of the following methods of payment:
money transfer – payment is made by transfer to the Store’s bank account number 89 1140 2004 0000 3102 7472 2597
credit card – Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, MasterCard Electronic,
Shipping prices within Poland:
if the gross order value exceeds 500.00 PLN, shipping costs are covered by the Store Tasty Table. Goods shipped at the expense of the Store Tasty Table are delivered by the delivery company UPS.
if the gross order value is below 500.00 PLN, shipping costs are covered by the Customer. Goods shipped at the expense of the Customer are delivered by the delivery company UPS. Shipping costs amount to 20.00 PLN gross.
Shipping costs outside of Poland (EU).
goods shipped at the expense of the Customer are delivered by the delivery company UPS. Shipping costs amount to 15.00 EU gross.
The giving up of goods is conditional upon payment for the goods and shipping. 


§4
DISPATCH OF GOODS
On the territory of the Republic of Poland the goods ordered are shipped within 48 hours by the delivery company UPS. 2. On the territory of Europe the goods ordered are shipped wihin 48 hours via the Polish Post.
In case of payment by credit card, order delivery date shall be counted from the time of positive authorization of transaction by bank. Tasty Table shall not be responsible for any delays in delivery caused by failure of delivery companies to perform transport service agreements.
In case of payment by bank transfer, date of dispatch shall be prolonged by the period between placing an order and the date the amount due is posted to the Store’s bank account.

§5
CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS
If the goods are not in accordance with the agreement, the Customer should send the defective goods back to the Store together with a description of defects.
The Store shall make a decision on the Customer complaint within 14 working days from the moment the goods are returned together with a description of defects.
If the resolution of a justified complaint involves sending a new product to the Customer or remedying the defects, the costs of delivery shall be covered by the Store.
Individual settings of the Customer’s computer and monitor causing erroneous or distorted display of information about goods (e.g. colors) cannot form the basis for a complaint.

§6
RIGHT TO RENOUNCE THE AGREEMENT
Pursuant to the Act of 2 March 2000 on protection of certain rights of consumer and on liability for damage done by hazardous products, the Customer has the right to renounce the agreement.
The right to renounce the agreement is effective if the Customer makes a declaration of renunciation to the Store within 10 days of collecting the goods.
The Customer shall return the goods to the Store within 14 days of making the declaration of renunciation of the agreement.
Within 3 working days of receiving the package, the Store shall check the state of the returned product.
Within 7 days of checking the goods, the Store shall repay to the Customer the amount paid. The Customer should indicate the bank account number to which the repaid amount is to be transferred. In the case of payment by credit card, the amount paid shall be credited back to the Customer’s credit card.
The Customer does not have a right to renounce the agreement in cases laid down in the Act mentioned in subsection 1 above.


§7
PROTECTION OF PRIVACY
Upon placing an order, the Customer consents to the processing of their personal data solely for the purpose of fulfilment of the order.
The Customer may also give separate consent to receive advertising and promotional materials, including a trade newsletter, from the Store.
The Customer has the right to access his or her personal data, to correct them and to demand to stop processing them. 


§8
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
It is prohibited to use any materials published on the Store’s website (including photographs and descriptions of goods) without the Store’s written consent. 


§9
EFFECTIVE DATE AND CHANGES TO THE RULES
The Rules shall come into effect as of the day on which they are published on the Store’s website.
These Rules are subject to change.
Changes to the Rules shall be published on the Store’s website.
Information about changes to the Rules shall be sent to the Customer at the email address indicated in an order.
Changes to the Rules shall come into effect after 14 days from the day of their publication in the manner specified in subsection 3.
If the Customer does not terminate the agreement before the expiry of the period indicated in subsection 5, the Customer shall be deemed to have agreed to the changes to the Rules.
